This means you always pay the correct Microsoft rate with no hidden markup. We handle all licence management, renewals, and assignments on your behalf.
We embed SRA and FCA requirements directly into your IT configuration — not as an afterthought. For law firms, this includes SRA Code of Conduct-aligned data governance, secure matter file storage, and user access controls. For FCA-regulated firms, we align to FCA SYSC requirements including access controls, audit trails, and record-keeping for regulated communications. Our pricing is per user, per month — billed monthly in arrears. All plans require a minimum of 5 users and a 12-month initial contract. There are no per-incident charges, no call-out fees, and no hidden costs. M365 licences are invoiced separately at cost via our CSP programme. Volume discounts are available for firms with 50 or more users. All prices exclude VAT.
